When love grows, so do patience, kindness, and gratitude. Children should learn that love is a way of life, not just a word. Here are nine ways to teach your child to love well. Model love in your home and relationships. A child’s understanding of love comes from what they perceive and experience at home. Discuss what it means to love others. Regularly talking about love helps children grasp its depth. Read stories that depict love and friendship. Assisting kids to read stories that feature valuable truths is an excellent way to impress those truths upon their hearts. Put together a photo album.
